It’s 2018 and if you want something done you make a Change.org petition.
Whether you want to have Fortnite skins renamed to ‘Foreskins,’ or if you want one of the biggest titles of the year to release on your chosen platform, petitions are definitely the way to get a following (and subsequently be ignored by game devs.)
But the potential lack of success doesn’t stop people from trying, as evidenced by one gamer’s petition to bring Rockstar’s upcoming title, Red Dead Redemption 2 to PC.
Aleo Aninda has amassed close to 70,000 signatures (at the time of writing), almost hitting the ambitious goal of 75,000 signatures.
Aninda writes on the page: “Because Red Dead Redemption is an amazing game and we PC players have been denied from playing it. Please don’t do the same with Red Dead Redemption 2.”
The game is one of the most hotly anticipated titles of the year – maybe even the decade for some fans – and the internet went crazy at the game’s most recent gameplay reveal.
Although Red Dead 2 will be coming to both PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, there are currently no announced plans to bring the game to PC.
Check out the petition right here, and drop your name onto Change.org to voice your opinion to bring the game to PC.
You never know!
In other petition news, Epic Games is still yet to introduce the ‘thank the bus driver’ mechanic that recently went viral.
Fortnite fans really wanted to be able to express their gratitude to the driver of the Battle Bus, for his/her timeless efforts and dedication to battle royale gaming.
What weird feature would you like to see added into a game? Will you be signing the petition to bring Red Dead 2 to PC?
