It’s no secret that Red Dead Redemption 2 is one of the most beautiful games you can play, but experiencing it in VR is a whole other ballgame.
Thanks to talented modder Luke Ross, the RDR2 VR dream is in the process of becoming a reality with a new early access mod the gamer is hard at work on.
If the name sounds familiar to you, it might be down to Ross’ other incredible VR mods, which include the likes of Rockstar Games’ other iconic series, GTA.
As of right now, you can play the early access version of the Red Dead Redemption 2 VR mod if you’re a Patron of Luke Ross. The mod is currently only available to those who’ve paid for Ross’ content on Patreon, but from the looks of the video above, it’s a more than worthy investment for Red Dead fans!
The video above shows off just how incredible the world looks within VR, offering an even more immersive experience than the base game itself. While Rockstar Games hasn’t really dipped its toes into the VR world, it looks as though its incredibly detailed and gorgeous worlds suit the VR platform perfectly.
The mod, which was spotted by Comicbook, is sure to impress fans of Red Dead Redemption 2 who are looking to experience the game in a brand new way. The 2018 classic is more than worthy of the VR treatment, and we can’t wait to see the finished product!
