Adult Swim and the creators of Rick and Morty really pulled the wool over our eyes with this one, but it’s been confirmed that more new episodes of season four are coming – and they’re coming soon.
Fans have been eagerly awaiting the arrival of the rest of season four Rick And Morty after Adult Swim released half of the season.
The other half was promised ‘soon’, but now they have confirmed on their official social media accounts that it will be returning in 2020.

The adult animated comedy show is known for its long breaks between seasons, so any new material from the program will be a welcome relief to fans.
Earlier this season, viewers were left outraged when it was revealed that season four would contain just a handful of episodes instead of the usual 10. Fans quickly got to speculating that Adult Swim was planning to split the season into two parts (thank the lord that’s happened!)
Unfortunately, we don’t know when we can expect that latter half of Rick and Morty’s fourth season, but at least we know it’s coming sooner rather than later.
The first five episodes of the iconic NSFW series have now officially wrapped up, ending on a high note with a festive episode that Twitter seems to think is one of the best of the entire show. (Don’t worry, there be no spoilers here).
