These Game Of Thrones Gaming Chairs Are Much Better Than The Iron Throne

Daenerys Targaryen and what remains of her posse are about to destroy Kings Landing in the hopes of claiming the Iron Throne, but – PLOT TWIST – there’s now much comfier (and prettier) ‘Thrones’ to fight for, thanks to Secretlab and HBO.

Secretlab has just unveiled a range of officially licensed Game of Thrones-themed gaming chairs, and they’re astonishingly cool.

There are three designs available, with two different models of chair to select, and you can fly your House banner high with either House Lannister, House Stark, or House Targaryen chairs.

Secretlab says on its website: “Each [gaming chair] will be equipped with the models’ award-winning features, such as the multi-tilt mechanism, four-directional armrests, Secretlab’s signature cold-cured foam as well as the Secretlab TITAN’s model-exclusive inbuilt, fully-adjustable lumbar support and the Secretlab OMGEA’s highly-acclaimed memory foam lumbar pillow.”

The bad news is that you might actually have to wage a war to get your hands on one, as they’re pretty darn exclusive.

The limited-edition chairs have been made in really small numbers, and they’ll only be available to purchase in certain regions.

The chairs start at £329 GBP, or £379 GBP for the fancier model.

Speaking on the collaboration with HBO, the co-founder and CEO of Secretlab, Ian Alexander Ang, said: “On top of having an epic storyline, Game of Thrones’ aesthetics and art direction are both unprecedented and phenomenal.

“Our designers, being huge fans of its aesthetics, came up with a few GoT concepts that looked so amazing that we had to reach out for a collaboration involving our award-winning chairs.

“GoT fans can now watch the much-awaited Season 8, repping their favourite houses, while reclined on our ultra-comfortable chairs.”
