Wolfenstein: Youngblood is nearly upon us and thanks to a brand-spanking-new trailer from this year’s Bethesda E3 conference we’ve got a pretty good idea of what we can expect.
Excitingly, it looks like Youngblood is going to be an outstanding addition to the much-loved Wolfenstein franchise as it’s reportedly the biggest game we’ve seen in the series.

In a recent interview with GamesBeat, developer MachineGames’ executive producer Jerk Gustafsson delved into a little more detail about the upcoming game.
“It’s a bit weird, because this is our biggest game yet, but it’s a pretty short production time,” Gustafsson said. “Like I said, the story is lighter in content as well as tone.
“But the level progression and the non-linear narrative gives us the ability to add a lot of activities and a lot of missions to do, so the total game time is actually longer than our previous titles. I think we’re looking at at least 25 to 30 hours if you play through everything.”

With just a month until launch, players can’t wait to get their hands on the first co-op game in Wolfenstein‘s history.
The upcoming title’s official description reads as follows: “Rid Paris of its Nazi problem together with a friend in Wolfenstein: Youngblood, the first co-op game in the series’s history.

“Set in a twisted 1980, step into the power armor of the ‘Terror Twins,’ Jess and Soph Blazkowicz, on a mission to find your missing father BJ.
“Clean up the Parisian streets with an arsenal of weapons and abilities in online co-op or with an AI companion.”
