Following the release of Assassin’s Creed: Valhalla this week it’s been revealed that a fan-favourite character has a cameo Easter egg.
Now I must warn you that if you’re particularly sensitive to any form of spoilers, then I wouldn’t recommend reading any further. You have been warned.
However coming from someone that is a big fan of the Assassin’s Creed series and is sensitive to spoilers: this is a spoiler you may want to know about. So with that said, here we go.

A number of people have picked up on the cameo across social media, including video games PR and Assassin’s Creed fan Kaitlyn Red Wing, who posted details of the fan-favourite cameo appearance on her Twitter page.
Kaitlyn said: “minor Valhalla spoilers below: * * * I was NOT expecting to hear Nolan North as Desmond.”
Nolan North has been the voice of Desmond Miles ever since the original Assassin’s Creed released back in 2007, right up to a favourite of mine with Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag in 2013.
Kaitlyn revealed that an audio clip of Desmond Miles can be found on a computer belonging to the character Layla during the campaign.

Kaitlyn said: “it was so nice and also a bit emotional. It provided some very welcomed, yet sad, insights into his character along with Ezio’s.”
What a nice Easter egg for Assassin’s Creed: Valhalla! Have you come across this yet?
