Update 1.13 is now live for Gran Turismo 7! While it doesn’t bring the ability to sell cars, we’ll let you know what it does.
Update 1.13 for Gran Turismo 7 brings three new cars, a new track layout for Spa-Francorchamps as well as two new Scapes locations for your photo-snappy petrol heads.
What’s included in Gran Turismo 7 Update 1.13?
Firstly, we have the 2021 Super GT Championship winning car, namely, the Subaru BRZ GT300 ’21. It will also be joined by its smaller cousin, the Subaru BRZ S ’21 as well as the Suzuki Cappuccino (EA11R) ’91.
We will also be able to test our skills on the impressive 24-hour Spa-Francorchamps track. This Belgium circuit is 4.35 miles in length and its longest straight is just under 0.5 miles. Furthermore, it has an elevation change of 104 metres and 21 corners to master.
Those of you that like to take some gorgeous photos in GT7, ‘Gassho-style Houses in Ainokura’ and ‘Cherry Blossoms at Night’ locations have been added to Scapes mode.
When can we sell cars?
Hopefully, the update to finally sell cars in GT7 is only weeks away. Back in March, Polyphony Digital promised that an update that allows you to sell cars will be released following the April series of updates.
In our review of Gran Turismo 7, we said: “While it certainly does a great job of onboarding newcomers warmly, it does so at the risk of boring its more eager fanbase. That makes Gran Turismo 7 a difficult game to recommend unless you love cars and their culture with your whole heart.”
