A modder has taken the Bloodborne PlayStation 5 remaster into their own hands. Quite simply because Sony won’t do it themselves.
Ever since the release of the PlayStation 5, fans have been calling for Sony and FromSoftware to remaster 2015’s Bloodborne. Even if we get a new retail release or a PS5 update to the existing game, fans just want something.
At this time there seems to be no sign of either Sony or FromSoftware making our Hunter dreams come true. However, a modder has now taken the remaster into their own hands. Rejoice!
The modder in question is Garden of Eyes, a name you may recognise. Recently Garden of Eyes has created a superb fan-made Bloodborne 2 trailer and has even worked on a Bloodborne first-person mod.

Though I must say in my humble opinion, this Bloodborne remaster is quite possibly the modder’s best piece of work so far. The mod is being demonstrated on a modded PlayStation 4 Pro, presumably as it might not be possible on a PS5. Nonetheless, the fan-made remaster is no less awesome.
Garden of Eyes has released a gameplay trailer of the mod, comparing it to the original PS4 release side-by-side. The remaster mod runs at 60 frames-per-second in glorious 4K resolution. The mod even improves lighting, motion blur, depth of field, reflections and much more.
