PlayStation Exclusive Spider-Man Is Coming To PC

Sony has announced that its previously-PlayStation exclusive Marvel’s Spider-Man will be coming to PC.

The announcement came during tonight’s State of Play. During the livestream, Sony began the reveal with the promise that a “new fan favourite exclusive is coming to PC”.

Well, that came in the form of Marvel’s Spider-Man, a game that originally launched on PS4 back in 2018 and received a PS5 remaster in 2020. You played as Peter Parker, aka the Spider-Man, as he foils a plot by the Sinister Six.

It was then followed up with Spider-Man: Miles Morales that same year, where players could play as the titular Miles Morales.

It seems as though the more spruced-up remaster will be the form it takes on PC, which makes sense considering the technical enhancements.

In addition to that, Miles Morales will also launch on PC later this year, in autumn 2022.

PlayStation Is Hiring Senior Director For Expanded PC Strategy

Marvel’s Spider-Man joins other PlayStation exclusives like God of War, Days Gone, and Uncharted on PC. There are also rumours that Returnal could be coming too.

With this announcement, I’m convinced there’s nothing Sony won’t port to PC. Can we see Bloodborne or The Last of Us next, please?
