If you’ve been eyeing up Ubisoft’s Immortals Fenyx Rising, you’ll be thrilled to know the game now has a free playable demo across all platforms.
Immortals Fenyx Rising is a single player action/adventure RPG based upon Greek mythology. The game seems to take inspiration from the likes of Assassin’s Creed Odyssey and The Legend of Zelda Breath of the Wild.
If you’ve been sitting on the fence as to whether to give Immortals Fenyx Rising a go, now is the perfect time.
According to the official website post, the Immortals Fenyx Rising demo “sends Fenyx on a quest to discover the mysterious Secret of the Cyclops after Zeus wrests narration away from Prometheus.
“Set in a new archipelago inspired by Aphrodite, the goddess of love, the demo features a mix of combat, exploration, and puzzles designed to prime players for the full Immortals Fenyx Rising experience.”
It is worth mentioning, however, that any progress made in the demo will not carry over into the main game. The playable demo is available for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S and Google Stadia.
In addition to the demo, the first expansion for Immortals Fenyx Rising is available now with “A New God”. In A New God DLC, Fenyx is tasked with overcoming the Trials of the Olympians in the Olympos Palace.
A New God is the first of three expansions for Immortals Fenyx Rising and is included in the game’s season pass at no extra cost, as well as being available as a standalone purchase.
In our review of Immortals Fenyx Rising we said: “If you’re a fan of open-world adventures that don’t take themselves too seriously and have fun combat and puzzles then Immortals Fenyx Rising is a game you’re probably going to love.”
