Gotham Knights Release Date Revealed, And It’s Coming This Year

Warner Bros has finally announced the release date for the upcoming DC game ‘Gotham Knights’, and it’s going to be this year!

Fans of Batman are eating good this week with the release of the excellent new movie from Matt Reeves. However, that’s not all that Warner Bros has in store for us followers of the Dark Knight. The anticipated co-op RPG ‘Gotham Knights’ is now set to release on October 25th 2022.

When is the Gotham Knights release date?

Gotham Knights was first announced back in 2020 with a tentative release date of 2021. However, multiple setbacks have resulted in the game being pushed to 2022. Now, we finally have a concrete release date – and it’s not too far away in the grand scheme of things!

Gotham Knights is developed by Warner Bros Montreal, which you might remember as the developer of Arkham Origins. This new game is supposedly set in the same universe as the Arkham games, after the events of Arkham Knight. There are four playable characters, including Robin, Batgirl, Nightwing, and Red Hood.

The new game will utilise RPG mechanics that allow players to customise their playstyle. It also has drop-in drop-out co-op, meaning most of the main campaign story will be playable with a friend. We’re super excited for it! Especially since the story deals with the elusive Court of Owls.
