A new rumour has revealed potential titles to be included in PlayStation Plus Essential for June 2022.
Monthly PlayStation Plus leaks seem to be all too common these days. Usually, the rumours come from Dealabs, as has been the case for the past few months. This time, however, it comes directly from sources at Areajugones.
Since these are games that are not confirmed to be included in PlayStation Plus next month, it is best to take it with a grain of salt.
WHAT ARE THE PLAYSTATION PLUS JUNE 2022 TITLES?
According to Areajugones’ sources, the games included in PlayStation Plus are the fan favourite God of War, as well as Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl and Naruto Boruto: Shinobi Striker.
The source does not say which platforms each game is included on; whether they’re available for both PS4 and PS5 or just the latter.
However, all will be clear when Sony makes the official announcement later this week. Next month’s PlayStation Plus games are due to be revealed on Wednesday, 1st June.
June is a big month for PlayStation Plus subscribers as it also marks the rollout of the new PlayStation Plus tiers. Essential is the same as the regular service is now, while PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium offer additional benefits such as game trials, exclusive discounts, and a large library of modern and retro games to play.
It was also reported that the PS1 games included in PlayStation Plus Premium were the worse PAL versions, with lower framerates. An update was addressed to fix this, however it only created more problems.
