Has A Developer Confirmed The Metal Gear Solid 3 Remake?

It seems that a developer at Chinese studio Virtuous may have accidentally confirmed the rumoured Metal Gear Solid 3 remake.

As reported by VGC, a Twitter user discovered some interesting details on Virtuos lead programmer Zhiyang Li’s LinkedIn profile page. The profile page details an “unannounced [AAA] action-adventure game remake,” that has been in production since 2018.

The LinkedIn page also reveals that the remake will feature “AAA quality level art,” as well as 4K graphics and “set piece destruction”. The profile also claims that the apparent remake is being developed for multiple platforms.

Could the rumours be true?
