Game Boy Advance Games Coming To Switch Online, Leak Suggests

A recent Nintendo Switch datamine has suggested that the company is testing Game Boy Advance games for its Switch Online catalog.

Yesterday, it was revealed that Nintendo’s Game Boy emulator had allegedly leaked online, revealing a bunch of titles that should be coming to the Switch Online service at some point in the future. 

Twitter user ‘trashbandatcoot’ even posted some screenshots of the supposed leak, showing the emulator running on Switch hardware.

Before we get too excited, remember that leaks and rumours are never always concrete and that we should wait for confirmation from official sources before treating them as gospel.

Following this leak, known dataminer ‘Mondo_Mega’ has pulled together a list of every Game Boy title that is reportedly being tested for Switch:

It makes sense that Game Boy games would eventually come to the service. Nintendo Switch Online Expansion Pack currently includes retro titles from the NES, SNES, Nintendo 64 and SEGA Mega Drive.
