From Software has announced that it will reveal 15-minutes of Elden Ring gameplay tomorrow, November 4th.
The news comes shortly after the developer announced that Elden Ring has been delayed slightly to February 2022. It was originally supposed to be released in January. However, we’re also getting a private network test that players were able to sign up for last month.
How to watch the Elden Ring Gameplay Trailer
This 15-minutes of gameplay will be the first public gameplay that we’ve seen of Elden Ring. An in-engine trailer has given us glimpses of what the game looks like, but we still don’t know exactly how it will play. It’s rumoured to be structured in a more free-form manner than any of the other Soulsborne games. We caught a brief glimpse at the open world in a recent gameplay leak, but it clearly wasn’t meant for public viewing.
The only other information we know is roughly how long the game will be and that it will have multiple endings. An interview with Elden Ring producer, Yasuhiro Kitao, has alluded that the game might feature legacy dungeons that call back to earlier Dark Souls games. Maybe we’ll see exactly what they mean in tomorrow’s gameplay trailer.
The new gameplay trailer will air at 2PM BST. It can be viewed on the YouTube or Twitch channels of Bandai Namco. With just a few months to go until release, fans will no doubt be pixel peeping over every detail. Keep your eyes peeled on GameByte for an analysis of the gameplay trailer when it drops tomorrow.
